Cancellation Policy

Any order containing fondant decoration requires 1 weeks notice to be cancelled for a refund.

Custom cookies also require 7 days notice for cancellation. If either of these items are cancelled within those 7 days, no refund will be given.

If we purchase a product for your order and you then cancel that order, no refund can be given for that item we purchased. For all other orders (without fondant), you must cancel before 72 hours of the original pickup time for a refund. If you have a custom cake and cancel within that time frame there will be no refund and no store credit given. If it is a basic 6" or 8" cake cancelled within the 72 hours, we may offer a store credit. All cupcake & pastry orders require 48 hours notice for cancellation.

For all custom orders, changes can be made up to 72 hours before the pick up day/time.  No changes will be accommodated within the 72 hour window.
